Policies

Please read thoroughly before booking an appointment.

Booking Deposit

Upon booking, a $100 non-refundable deposit is due to secure the appointment. An invoice will be created and must be paid immediately to secure your spot.  Please be mindful that your permanent makeup service takes anywhere from 2-3 hours and that time is marked off and scheduled just for you. The $100 deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your initial procedure and the remaining balance will be due on your appointment day.

Cancellation or Reschedule

A 48-hour cancellation notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  If you reschedule your appointment within 48-hours, your booking deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.  Booking deposit will only be transferred to one rescheduled appointment; after that, a new deposit will be required.  Any cancellations that occur within the 48 hour period before your scheduled appointment time will forfeit the deposit and require full payment of the cancelled service before you can schedule with me again.  Failure to attend your appointment will incur an additional $100 fee because that appointment time was set aside for you.

Running Late?

Please allow plenty of time for traffic and other unforeseeable circumstances. To avoid unfair delays to other clients, if you are more than 15-minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule. If there are no other clients scheduled after you, I may still keep your appointment or possibly schedule you later in the day. However, if it is a fully booked day and it isn’t possible to schedule you the same day, you will have to pay an additional booking deposit to reschedule.

Children and Guests

No guests will be allowed in the studio during  your appointment.  Please come alone.  Additionally, minors (under 18) are not allowed in tattoo studios per Utah State Law.

Corrective or Previous Makeup

If you have previous permanent makeup work, please email clear photos of your previous makeup. Once received, I will be able to let you know if I can work over it.  I can NOT guarantee results for cover up/corrective work.  If previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal is highly recommended.

Cover up/Corrective work generally requires multiple sessions for best results and will be charged accordingly.
