"Mele was outstanding in customer service, keeping me INFORMED of what is to be expected, making me feel EXTREMELY comfortable about what was I wanted and HOW to take care of myself when I was finished with my procedure. The music set the tone of the atmosphere. Her gentle disposition really helped me to calm down with my anxiety.

I was super NERVOUS about my eyelids, and she was outstanding of setting the tone for me that every thing was going to be ok. Her self care package and instructions was on point. It is super easy to follow CLEAR instructions that she ready for you. She was worth the time and money. The only issue really was parking, but she has CLEAR instructions on that matter also ahead of time. Kailua is my home town the place was easy to find, I went on a holiday so parking was free 🙂.
